The Process

How Our Service Works

1. Submit your medical record request through our online portal (link below) or call (800) 451-1792. We will determine whether authorizations or a subpoena are needed. If a subpoena is needed, we will prepare it for attorney signature.

2. We request all necessary medical records. We then follow up with the medical providers to ensure that the records are received on time. We advance all retrieval/custodial fees and send one invoice for the entire case.
3. We upload the medical records to a HIPAA secure electronic portal for your receipt. We include any medical record indexes or chronological medical record summaries that were requested.
4. You have the information necessary to proceed with your administrative law case and pursue the benefits you need!
